Hi everyone..
This is my first posting for this blog regarding management.
Now I'm not a person who has a degree in management but I'm very interested in managing and improving myself.
As a manager myself in a big organisation I find it interesting to manage work, people and time. All of those proves a challenge to me and for that I have been collecting articles on management to improve my skill in managing.
I would like to share with you on what I have gathered, read and implemented in my managing skills.
